WinTronics is a privately owned, full service, ISO 9001:2015 certified, electronics and electro-mechanical contract manufacturer supporting customers in the commercial, industrial, automotive, Home Land Security, and military markets. Located in Sharon, PA, WinTronics occupies 18,500 square feet in an upgraded ESD compliant facility with ready to expand area of an additional 19,200 square feet. Just a few miles off Interstate 80, the location is equidistant from Pittsburgh, PA and Cleveland, OH. Our team skill set includes: Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Test (DFT), Concurrent Engineering (CE), Turnkey Material Management, Global Material Sourcing, Box Build, Assembly/Product Test, and Quality Assurance Program Compliance. WinTronics' trained and experienced staff, in combination with the scope of our assembly equipment and complimentary global resources results in an extensive capability to provide a full range of through-hole to fine pitch, BGA, SMT Printed Circuit Board and Box assembly. With the proven ability to handle from prototype to production volumes, our services include design, assembly only through full turnkey, and end-product testing.
